HOW TO PLAY

Editor Mode:

Press Esc to start

Press 1 to 3 to select tiles

Press C to connect features (buttons, doors, energy balls...)

Press R to rotate

You need to have the save code in your clipboard to load it

Game Mechanics:

1) Portals

Use the Right click to place the blue portal

Use the Left click to place the orange portal

Walk through a portal to use it

* You need the portal gun to place portals

* You can only place them on certain surfaces

2) Cubes and other Items

Use E or Click to grab (and hover your mouse over the object), and do it again to drop them

3) Turrets

Enter the area of sight to be attacked, it's marked with a lazer beam coming out of the turret

You can grab the turrets

4) Fizzlers

When you pass though them they can close  your portals and "Fizzle" objects (Desintegrate them)


5) Energy Balls

Use the portals to redirect the energy balls, they can frizzle turrets

6) Rocket turrets

They follow you for a period of time and then they shoot a rocket, you can redirect the rockets


7) Sphere Cores

Grab them and trow them in the fire to damage GLaDOS

i found a bug where you die, a companion cube spawns and you have another companion cube :) in test chamber 10 only

i never found out about this itch.io version it is SO MUCH more peak than the scratch/turbowarp version, my only complaint is that there is no deadly goo or moving lifts in the chamber editor

Yeah, with the PenguinMod engine I have more freedom to make things; apart from that, I wanted to add the moving lifts, but they would be hard to implement, I should do it anyways

could just add a node system inside of a list per clone, its really simple (for me anyways)

I found a glitch, where sometimes, in level editor if you go through a portal, the game would freeze, and it'll stay that way until you reset the page

one of them is very noticeable: when you die at chamber with companion cube, the same cube will spawn at the left of the screen, and that will be normal if that happened only at this chamber...

BUT IT ALSO HAPPENING AT THE LAST PART OF THE GAME

the legs on the player are flipped, but good game 9/10

The credits aren't timed right, but other than that, I loved the recreation. Keep it up!

OMGG I played this and it was very good! Is kinda short, even more than the OG game, I was surprised when it ended with only 11 test chambers. But I love the fact theyre recreations of the OG ones and not just random levels with not much sense. This is very good ngl

It's possible to softlock yourself if you skip the second portal gun 

Also you can open blue portal on top of orange one when you're getting first portal gun, effectively softlocking yourself here too

I can't hit the button on a pedestal. Also, it took me forever to realize you have to have your mouse over something while you press e to pick it up. If at all possible, I recommend just making it float in front of you and having e pick it up or put it down
